Subscriptions: Plans are billed monthly through Base44 Payments. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscriptions.

Credits: Each plan includes a monthly video credit allocation. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.

Content ownership: You retain full ownership of your uploaded content and generated videos. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the material you upload.

Acceptable use: You may not use the platform to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
